Thanks ROb, I have been doing this on and off for 18 years so I know the ups and downs. At one point I was out of the OBESE category and down 110 pounds then life took my by the neck and throttled me for a bit. Trying to find my way back and lose the regain. Biggest fear--- I have not had any major life catastrophies so far and that's what threw me last time so I live in fear of letting my guard down when times get tough, but I am aware of what can happen and hope that will make the difference.
