Happy 2020. I haven't stopped by since the summer- saw some action and figured I'd say hi. I'm still on CALP, and still doing well on the plan. It's a lot easier to eat out now - everyplace has some kind of 'keto' or low carb options, and they seem to accept my usual special requests (no rice, green veggies instead of the potatoes) without any problems. And after all these years my family and friends are used to my plan too.
