I made a pot of veggie lowcarb soup today. It was very good I put in soy curls and some black soybeans that I cooked in a crockpot. Also some left over veggies,It turned out excellent. My meat eating daughter in law had two bowls of it. I'll be doing a lot of soup this winter, it's filling and nourishing
