Just got my new A1c blood test results back. It's 5.4! For the non-diabetics out there, the normal range is 4.4-5.6. My goal was to get below 5.5. In mid-December it was a 12, so I'm thrilled to say the least.

The "side effect" is that I've lost 39 lbs. Most of the weight loss happened early on, and I'm just creeping along now, but I'm happy with those results too.
