Oddly enough, the zero net carb bread and bagels I wanted to get for dh, though sold for $5 less than on amazon, via Walmart, were fulfilled by Bariatricpal.com - their store. I went there to order directly - the ThinSlim foods line of baked goods. I haven't looked at what else they offer, to be honest.
Though expensive, I can do this at least once a month as it is working really well for dh to have a "breakfast sandwich" using their bagels or bread with egg, sugar-free sausage and cheese
