I heard of the chaffles and tried long ago to make some 'egg' substitutes for bread. never suited me in taste...it was like it was all egg and mushy texture wise to me.
never thought of using a waffle maker tho. I did older subs. I might give it another old college try on that one.

very simple alfredo. I use less than this to make a small batch....I use 1 cup cream, 1/2 stick butter and a heck of a lot of cheese to truly make it more thick and gooey to stick to my shrimp.
also thinking of those 'carni-noodles' paired with alfredo....sounds delish.
