Well, I've been 24 pound for a long long time, like six months. Trying to break this stall I've even gone so far as to by a Precision Xtra Meter to track my blood glucose and blood ketone levels.
Another thing I love! My fasting blood glucose sits in the 75-90 range. My BP has come down 15 on the high end and 5 on the low end. It's now like 115/88. |
