Go to Carbolite.com or to Russelstovers.com and you can see what they have to offer. Both are excellent with Russell Stovers being a little better. The net carb content is extremely low. A lot of times when my hubby was dieting with me, we would just split a bar, even though they are a little small. It was just enough to satisfy after a meal. Let me know if you find them.
