great idea for a post!
I have as probably many others have struggled with the no sugar or starch in the ingred. rule and it seems you just can't get away from it. it would be really cool if everyone could post their fav. brands of products they succesfully use maybe it would help newbies and shoot even give all of us some new things to try.
heres some things I have been using!

trader joes mayo (zero carb zero sugar in the ingred)
the only brand I found with no sugar

maries brand dressings (have only tried the blue cheese
(zero carbs per 2 tbsp and no sugar at all in the ingred.)

also annies naturals have dressings with no sugar (cesar dressing) 1 carb per 2 tbsp

carbolite ice cream
4 carbs per 1/2 cup and doesn't throw me out of keto

hansens diet soda...brand new
made with splenda and totally sodium free,
caffeine free, and yummy ( zero carb)

anyone successful still drinking diet pepsi...I miss it
also i have the best pimento's n cheese recipe without the fillers
I formed this into a ball and rolled in crushed walnuts for a party it was a hit!

1/2 lb shredded chedder
1 4oz jar pimentos drained
1/4 c pimento stuffed green olives minced
4 green onion minced
1tsp garlic pwder
1tsp paprika pwder
3oz cream cheese room temp
1/3 cup mayo

mix chedder pimentos olives grn onion garlic and paprika in bowl

mix mayo and cream cheese.
add to cheese mix, mix well
you can eat as is on sandwiches or meat but
i like it the cheese ball way
just let it sit in the fridge for a couple hors before forming into a ball! 20 carbs for the whole thing without the count of crushed walnuts for cheese ball...so about 1.1 grms per 2 tbsp
