I take 2-Iodoral 12.5mg with Selenium 20mcg in the am and again in the pm.

But I did it gradually starting with one in the am with a selenium for a couple of weeks then added 1 in pm. Then a couple of weeks later I went to 2 in the am and 1 in the pm and finally 2 at am and 2 at pm.

It's also vital to prevent all types of cancer like thyroid, prostate, ovarian and breast. The selenium also helps prevent colon cancer.
