I think you're definitely on to something. I see my cpap report as something like an rpm readout - feedback on how I'm doing in other areas (especially stress).

I keep track of my daily cpap report and have found correlations between times of high stress and increased apneas per hour (check out the 19th!). I've also found when I do my meditations (not medications lol) I can lower this - keep them from spiking..., more or less.

Mask seal is another one I always check, and it shows me how restless or settled I was. More twisting and turning and the tube literally wraps around my body (or neck lol).
