Dr Atkins says don't even think about doing it without supplements. He says magnesium is important (do check the book). I don't much like popping pills but I have ordered a multivitamin and mineral supplement (without iron) and I'm going to take a low dose for a while and see how it goes. Cravings could be due to deficiencies, I guess. Eating biscuits is probably also risky if you're carb sensitive, however small they are. Cravings should go away with a strict Atkins induction. When you start reintroducing things you should be able to spot the culprit. That's the theory anyway. Take care of yourself.
