Linda is a low carb recipe creator from back in the Atkins popularity of early 2000s. She still maintains her website, and tweaks recipes. Website looks so dated, and is clunky to use, but many of her recipes are classics. I like her Jody's Pumpkin Bake at Thanksgiving with natural sweeteners.
