Yep I guess thats what I am i have been on Atkins for just about 5 weeks and have only lost 6lbs, but do I care...NO
because I feel goooooooooooooooooooood, I am enjoying what I eat, the amount and the fact that it no longer bothers me that I can not have 4 or 5 jam butties when I get home from work. (btw jam/jelly)...so as long as it comes of eventually and I carry on enjoying this new lifestyle, for me its working mentally.
