Again, no proper workouts since Monday. Though as before, lots of walking, with and without the dog.

3 mile power walk, followed by stretching
This evening:
FBWO (back, biceps, legs)
One-arm rows
Bent-over rows
Standing curls
Hammer curls
Lunges
Squats
Calf raises
4 x 10 x 5kg (11lb)
plus dog walking
