Hello!
I have just found this forum a couple of days ago.
I have been lo-carbing since May 2000. Initial success with a loss of 20kg but alas my slacko attitude has now got me 10 kg heavier.
I also subscribe to Yahoo Lowcarb Oz.
Anyhow I'm back on track now I hope, although in 2 weeks I haven't seen a kg budge. I'm not giving up tho!
