But seriously, I don't think it's about CONTROLLING rage, I think it's about letting it pass and not hanging on to it that's helpful. Meditation is one way to be able to watch mental things pop up out of nowhere, and go away on their own - no control needed, as there's nothing to control. I wish anyone that has RAGE arise and feels helpless to control it the peace that comes from letting go of it
