Seen on a menu: Pancakes with vanilla mascarpone which i thought sounded nice.

Not happy to hear you are having a health issue - trust you are working with a doctor you trust, to resolve this?

Mascarpone - a quick google search showed it can be used for sweet or savory, there are keto/atkins/lchf recipes out there for desserts, and some use it as a substitute for sour cream (not as light, but a much higher fat content than sour cream).

Here's to telling our "voices" where they can go, on a daily basis
