B- scramble egg with tomatoes and onions. Coffee with milk
L- baked fish with homemade baked fries
S- coffee and crackers
D- Same as lunch
The kids wanted to eat fries for dinner so I make them fish with fries and I was to lazy to make my salad so I ended up eating the same. I need to prepare better so I can make better choices.
