Personally, I would make up my own cleanse program and buy everything separately, if I was inclined to do a cleanse.

My friend did a cleanse a few months ago and she said she felt great after it. (but during, it's probably not a good idea to go dancing at clubs; stay near your favorite washroom). She said she lost some weight, so give it a shot!
