Saturday is my heavy lifting day, about 20,000 lbs. I'm going to do another experiment. I'll wake up early, blow into the meter, then have some orange juice, a banana and some oatmeal and go back to bed for an hour or two. Blow into the meter, then proceed with my heavy workout. Then I'll blow into the meter to see if I'm back into keto.
