Day 32 of 62 Cheat Free Day 2 Bootcamp day 2
Still worn out. I know it is part
of this diet I am on. I will be tired
for at least a few more days. I have
been staying on track. I will rest until
Wednesday and get back in the gym
on Thursday. By then I know I will be
reenergized and used to this way of
total eating again. I took my iron and
multi-vitamin last night so I am on the
right track!
