The only way I was going to be able to play that role was to lose 30 pounds by September. Strict Atkins combined with 8-hour dance rehearsals 5 days a week enabled me to be ready for opening night, October 24, 1972.
Over my lifetime, I've continued using LCHF eating to control my weight. Not saying that I always stayed OP, but I never quite returned to my high set point weight of 170 pounds. Did I mention that I'm 62" tall?
