May was a bit more lax that I would have liked. A busy life, the Y being closed and weather had a lot to do with it. Still, I got my 10K steps in everyday. I've been doing more hiking trails instead of street walking to get in more hilly climbs. I'd say that I'm still plenty active. I just could have done more.

The knee injured last November is totally healed. I have that postponed 10K coming up in September. I have not jogged in months. It's time to slowly work jogging back into my routine. A few jogs in June would be prudent.
