Thanks Rosebud. I understand people don't always read the stickies but when the questions are asked it would be nice to point out the thread with a link.

I have a personal list of books, websites, etc. started. If anybody would like has anything they would like to see in a list please reply below and in the next day or two I could make a new post with a starter list. Then we could see if we can get it "stuck" at the top.
