I can drink 3 cups of coffee and still get to sleep right away. From what I read on-line I must be a slow coffee metabolizer.
We're all different. We have to test many things out on ourselves.
Coffee, tea and lots of water daily plus an infrequent glass of wine are the only drinks I consume.
