Funny that a couple of you mentioned having great dreams while on the patch. I had terrible nightmares... so bad that I quit using the patch. (Unfortunately I still smoke) Anyway, nice to know that there is a place to come when I finally do decide to quit. I really prefer to lose the weight first.
