I'm getting so MAD at myself! It's been rough between covid and my brother having cancer, he HAD his surgery yesterday, and will be in the hospital for about 5 days. Very stressful, but I SHOULD have learned by now that eating does NOT help at all.......Back to the drawing board! LOL
