I think PF Changs is the upper end of the same franchise as Pei Wei......We don't have them in my town, but when we visit our daughter in Vegas we used to always eat in one on the way out of town and always got the lettuce wraps to share. I think you are right about the cilantro. I refuse to buy it as it spoils so fast in the fridge and my garden isnt ready yet. I will try that when I make it next if I break down and buy it.

This recipe came along in absolutely the right time as one of my workers alwas brings in a case of lettuce a week. I was running out of iceberg ideas. I wish he would bring in a case of cabbage....I would make kraut.
