Well, my weekend was ok....

I felled off the wagon I had a mini Smore blizzard....I was so sad Checked this morning and I was still in ketosis...but I felt so bad because I did cheat

Today is a new day though...so all I can do is do better!!!
I did, however, still manage to loose a pound so that makes it a little better....

Tulips....sounds like you are going to have a good time in France!!!! =) I don't think I could stick to a LC with all that good food over there!!! lol
