Hi,
I see you posted this a while ago, but thought I would answer you anyway.
I started swimming two weeks ago. Water aerobics and then lap swim.
I'm finding out how much fat does indeed float because when I lap swim my backside seems to be up more and when I kick off the wall, I noticed that I cannot stay under for very long. I seem to bob right up to the top.
But, nonetheless, my goal is to one day join Masters.
