Any suggestions for a new thread name? And when do we want to start it? Does anyone know how to do a "link" on this thread to take us to the new one so we don't have to sift through the millions (well... MAYBE not that many, lol) of threads to find ours?
Has anyone read the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise? My co-worker is having great success, I know I could use points with the guidelines from that (6 servings carbs, 15g of sugar per day) but they're not fruits, he really dislikes fruits, darn it. And I LIKE fruits (they're just so darned expensive! But less money that junk food!)
I'm taking my Mom to the grocery today and also to Max and Ermas for lunch. She is craving that taco soup. She is 5'5" and weighs 124 lbs. She weighed in the week before that guy hit her and she was 168 lbs. I would NOT want to lose it the way she did!!!
