Green olives
Radishes
Baby spinach
Romaine
Mushrooms
Broccoli
Cabbage
Cucumber
Green beans (occasionally)
Garlic & onion (sparingly)
Fresh salsa (sparingly)
Green pepper (sparingly)

I'm anxious to get to where I can eat stuff like eggplant, artichokes and some squashes again.
