My shopping list is getting very restricted because I am following an anti-candida diet, as well as avoiding foods I'm allergic/intolerant of. But the good thing is eating this way broke a 6 week 'no weight loss/no loss of inches' stall- I lost a pound! WAHOOOO!!!

this is my grocery list-

pork chops
chicken
beef mince
steak
fish
coconut cream
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
cauliflower
brocolli
carrots
onions
olive oil
butter
GARLIC!!
lemons

Can't eat eggs, dairy, nuts, anything fermented, yeasty or fungusy- and I miss them all so much!!! But if it get's me healthy it's worth it
