eggs
semi-skimmed milk (hubby prefers it)
cheese
packets of ham or other sliced cold meats - easy to take to work for lunches
red meat and chicken for cooking
tinned tuna
occasional cream and whole milk
celery
cucumber
cauliflower
peppers
pumpkin

It's interesting how much of the supermarket we never visit. Even before I started doing Atkins, we were serious foodies and bought almost no prepared stuff.
Also, I have a rule of thumb - never eat anything with a made-up name. If there are so few natural ingredients that they have to make up a name and can't admit what's in it, then it can't be good for you. For example, Sunny Delight.
