It's interesting how much of the supermarket we never visit. Even before I started doing Atkins, we were serious foodies and bought almost no prepared stuff.
Also, I have a rule of thumb - never eat anything with a made-up name. If there are so few natural ingredients that they have to make up a name and can't admit what's in it, then it can't be good for you. For example, Sunny Delight.
