I suggest do the fitness test and see if you can survive that.
Then from there do a video every other day.
Today is supposed to be Day 4
but my legs are just sooooo tired from the previous days so I'm taking a break. I thought I didn't do too well but decent enough on the fit test. But I dont have the endurance to do it six days a week.
