Before You Spend $26,000 on Weight-Loss Surgery, Do This

In three days the views of her TEDTalk have jumped, this morning at 984,000. So controversial or not, her 18 minute talk is getting a whole new audience. There happened to be a meeting of our "survivor focus group" at oncologist clinic and manager mentioned that my doctor had read this article and brought it to her attention as the low carb Janet has been promoting.

In new interview with Dr Ted Naiman from Ivor Cummins, http://www.thefatemperor.com/blog/2...8gxxvi5xklrzr2c. toward the end he mentions that if the HbA1c is 5.6 or less, he removes the Diabetes diagnosis from a medical record and replaces it with Carb Intolerance. What a great solution to this cure/reverse debate...the patient no longer has diabetes because no test indicates an active problem, but there is an underlying issue that must be monitored forever.
