I was a pack a day for about 8 years and I tried to quit many times. I got a really really bad cold that honestly didn't let me smoke for about a week. I was so distracted from being sick that I never noticed any symptoms. After that I figured I already had a good start so why buy cigarettes? It's been a month without cigarettes today. : D
