Congrats, Kirsteen! That's something I found after a lot of practice at LC eating, too - my base meals were healthy, even if I went off the rails here and there with junk food. I actually learned how to cook and how to like vegetables, after being raised on nothing but processed food... so at least the junk was "compartmentalized", as opposed to all day/all night.
