I take 10,000 a day in the winter. I drop down to 5000 in the summer, feel ok and I've been doing this for about 3 yrs. I take it with calcium and magnesium. Not too much Magnesium as your kidneys can't process too much. No more than 300 mg.
You seem pretty aware of reactions to what you are taking though, if it makes you sick, stop.
