Skip breakfast? Skip dinner? Depends on if you are a night owl or a morning lark. I'm the later - so dinner is a rarity, but it does happen. Six in one half a dozen in the other - until they gold standard study it. If you read Dr. Mathew Walker's excellent 2017 book Why We Sleep, he acknowledges these the two different sleep patterns (owl / lark) and says as we age, we tend to sleep earlier - and it's a good idea to skip the sunglasses as the sunlight keeps the sleepiness away - especially if you need / want to sleep later rather than early.
