Default Savory quick "bake"- many variations

I ran a search and couldn't find a post where someone said they had done this so here goes:

My husband made gumbo yesterday with french bread. I needed a very fast bread substitute to keep on track...

I used the basic mock danish recipe (2oz cream cheese and 1 egg for 2 min in microwave) I added in a pinch of salt and some garlic powder...and omitted the extract and Splenda

I spooned over it the LC part of the gumbo....it was great! It reminded me of the casserole bakes like chicken pot pie.

I started thinking of a million ways to use this;

1. Pizza version
2. All american with hamburger or hotdog and cheese and toppinigs
3. LC Sloppy joe
4. Mexican with either hamburger or fajita meat, cheese and toppings
5. traditional seafood with Old Bay seasoning
6. Asian to taste like those little fried dumpling things
7. Pot roast or chicken for a meat pie feeling

It is a super fast way to stay on track using whatever meat leftovers you have on hand....plus it is a one dish clean up
