I use seasonings..just VERY minimal. Like tonight I put a tiny bit of seasoning salt and pepper on my chicken. I even use a bit of mayo or butter if needed. Just not like I normally would. Again, I don't know if there is a "proper" way to do this..I just know what works for me.
