Hey, if any of you want a pick me up or need motivation and reinforcement about this way of eating, look up Carbohydrate Addict's Diet on Amazon and read all the reviews for their various books. Those reviews are filled with tons of success stories It is so uplifting for me to read those that I thought I'd share. BTW any of the negative reviews are written by people who didn't try it and just assume it won't work because they can't believe you can eat what you want for dinner and still lose weight.
