I had 26lbs to lose and I lost 4lbs during induction, and anywhere from 1-3lbs every week since. Mostly it's been 1-2lbs a week. I try to exercise (aerobic weight training for 1 hour) 2-3X weekly (I have 2 babies so it's hard). I lost 3lbs last week after I started taking green tea extract capsules. It really seems to speed things up (I didn't change my carbs or exercise more-it seems that the green tea helped, but it's too soon to tell.)
It depends a lot on your metabolism and how carb-sensitive you are. Men tend to lose more on induction cuz they have more muscle, therefore a faster metabolism.
You'll see a jump in your weight loss when you start excerising.
