This guy sure spends alot of time bashing Adkins, who he doesnt really disagree with that much. I think he has some good points, but they are just things that Adkins said, but didn't say 500 times. I believe calories do count and there is a metobolic advantage. This guy talks like they are mutually exclusive ideas.
