Thank Roz and Joyce .I holler my menopause woe once in a while when things aren’t going well. The level of Estrogen is getting lower in my body and I have been having hot flashes lately. I have been having migraine from the Estrogel. I am kind of going nuts trying to figure out if I should quit everything or keep going on at half dose like I am doing at the moment.
