The recipe calls for 15-oz cans of coconut milk, but I could find only 13.5-oz cans. Next time I make it I might add some of my regular coconut milk to thin it out a bit. It also tastes fantastic warm.

But do keep an eye on it while cooking. Even tho the burner was on low for the first part, it boiled over when I got sidetracked.

This is one of those rare sugar free desserts that can stand up to the regular version.
