Darn, I hate when I’ve typed a long reply and then the phone eats it. 😡 Yeah, the “official” Obesity Code Network is the FB group I’m on. Maybe I do need to try longer fasts since nothing else has worked in the last 10 years. I just have not been able to do it! 20:4 is pretty doable but anything longer gets really difficult.
