Upate to todays workout. I posted above right before I actually jumped on the elliptical. What a difference between last night and today.
Overall I actually thought time went by semi-quickly. FINALLY. I didn't feel like I couldn't go on. If I needed to force myself to do another 15 mins or so I think I could have.
